01 · Agreement and seller
Who you contract with
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Dental Lab Guru website,
web application and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, approving
a subscription or using the Service, the Customer agrees to these Terms.
The Service is provided by Agencija za racunarsko programiranje
Rashtan Soft Gavrilo Mumovic s.p. Trebinje (“Rashtan Soft”, “we”, “us” or “our”),
with its registered address at Republike Srpske 4a, floor 4, apartment 22, Trebinje,
Bosnia and Herzegovina, unique identification number 4512925880006.
Customers may choose PayPal or Lemon Squeezy at checkout.
Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for purchases completed through its checkout. For PayPal
purchases, Rashtan Soft is the seller and PayPal processes the payment on Rashtan Soft’s behalf.
Definitions
- Customer
- The dental laboratory, dental practice, company, entrepreneur or other professional organisation purchasing or using the Service.
- User
- An individual authorised by a Customer to access the Customer’s Dental Lab Guru account.
- Billing Contact
- The individual who provides billing details or manages the Customer’s subscription.
- Patient
- A person whose information may be entered into the Service by an authorised Customer or User.
- Application
- The Dental Lab Guru client-side web application and its connected services.
02 · Document changes
Changes apply prospectively
Rashtan Soft may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated
through email, the Application or another prominent notice before they take effect where
reasonably practicable.
Changes apply prospectively and will not retroactively change the price or conditions of a billing
period already paid for. If a Customer does not agree with a material change, the Customer may stop
using the Service and cancel future renewals before the change becomes effective.
03 · The Service
A professional workflow platform
Dental Lab Guru is a B2B cloud-based workflow and case-management platform for dental laboratories
and their professional collaborators. Its functions may include case tracking, deadlines,
production stages, communication, delivery, payment tracking, reporting and related operational
functions.
Dental Lab Guru is a paid, cloud-hosted web application for dental laboratories. It is accessed
through a supported web browser. Dental Lab Guru does not distribute an executable desktop package,
browser extension, plug-in, or local server installation package.
On supported devices, users may optionally add the web application to their home screen or
application launcher as a Progressive Web App. This is an optional method of accessing the same
hosted cloud service and is not required to use Dental Lab Guru.
The Service may evolve over time. Rashtan Soft may improve, replace or discontinue features where
reasonably necessary, subject to paid subscription commitments and applicable law.
04 · Eligibility
Business Customers only
Dental Lab Guru is offered exclusively for business and professional use by dental laboratories,
dental practices, dental technicians, dentists and other professional organisations. It is not
intended for personal, family or household use.
By creating a paid subscription, you confirm that you are purchasing the Service on behalf of a
registered business, entrepreneur or professional organisation and that you are authorised to bind
that organisation.
The Customer must provide complete and accurate legal business, billing and tax information.
Rashtan Soft may request reasonable evidence of business status and may reject, suspend or cancel
subscriptions created using false, incomplete or misleading information.
05 · Access
User accounts and responsibilities
A Customer may authorise Users to access its account. Each User must be at least 18 years old,
provide accurate registration information, keep login credentials confidential and use the
Application only for the Customer’s legitimate professional activities.
The Customer is responsible for its Users, the permissions assigned to them and activity performed
through its account. The Customer must promptly remove access for people who are no longer
authorised and notify Rashtan Soft of suspected unauthorised access.
Rashtan Soft may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect the Service,
investigate abuse, address non-payment or enforce these Terms.
06 · Trial
Automatic 14-day free trial where offered
Where offered, a 14-day free trial starts automatically when an authorised User creates a new
laboratory workspace. The applicable trial duration and end date are displayed in the Application.
No payment method is required to start the trial. Starting a trial does not authorise a charge and
does not create a recurring paid subscription. A paid subscription begins only after an authorised
User selects a plan and expressly approves the applicable checkout and recurring-payment terms.
When the trial ends, paid functionality is restricted and the workspace may become read-only.
The Customer can continue paid access by selecting and approving a subscription plan. Trial and
workspace data remain subject to the account-closure and retention provisions in these Terms and
the Privacy Policy.
07 · First payment
30-day money-back guarantee
Dental Lab Guru offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for the first subscription payment made by a
new Customer. The guarantee applies to the first payment of both monthly and annual subscriptions.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days after the initial payment. Rashtan Soft evaluates
and processes eligible refunds through the payment method used for the original transaction.
The guarantee does not apply to renewals, repeat subscriptions, previous purchases, fraudulent use,
payment disputes, abuse or accounts terminated for violating these Terms. Processing times after a
refund is issued may depend on PayPal, Lemon Squeezy, the Customer’s bank or card issuer.
08 · Commercial terms
Payments, billing and prices
Payment providers
Payments, subscriptions, applicable taxes, refunds, chargebacks and related billing operations for
purchases completed through Lemon Squeezy checkout are handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record.
The purchase transaction is subject to Lemon Squeezy’s applicable
Buyer Terms.
Rashtan Soft remains the provider of Dental Lab Guru.
For purchases completed through PayPal, subscriptions are sold by Rashtan Soft and PayPal processes
the payment on Rashtan Soft’s behalf. PayPal is not the provider of Dental Lab Guru, and use of
PayPal is also subject to PayPal’s applicable terms and privacy practices.
Final prices
The monthly billing option costs $59 USD per month and renews monthly. The annual billing option
costs $449 USD per year and renews annually. A paid subscription starts only after the Customer
selects a plan and approves payment.
Subscription prices, currency, billing frequency and trial conditions are displayed before
purchase. The advertised monthly and annual prices are the standard prices for all Customers,
irrespective of the Customer’s applicable BiH PDV treatment.
The final amount, currency and applicable taxes are shown before purchase approval.
Lemon Squeezy calculates taxes for its Merchant-of-Record transaction. PayPal checkout uses the
business and tax information in the Customer’s Dental Lab Guru billing profile.
Billing information and tax treatment
Lemon Squeezy Customers enter billing and payment information directly into its hosted checkout and
do not need a separate Dental Lab Guru billing profile. Customers choosing PayPal must provide an
accurate legal business name, billing address, country, tax or business registration number and
billing email in Dental Lab Guru before PayPal checkout can begin.
09 · Tax documents
Receipts and billing documents
Lemon Squeezy provides payment receipts and applicable billing or tax documents for transactions it
handles. For PayPal transactions, Rashtan Soft issues the applicable electronic subscription invoice.
Documents use the billing information supplied through the selected checkout flow. Customers should
review and correct that information before completing a subscription.
A Lemon Squeezy receipt or PayPal transaction confirmation records the payment-provider transaction.
PayPal Customers should retain the separate commercial or tax invoice issued by Rashtan Soft.
Customers should use the contact details in the receipt or contact Rashtan Soft promptly if a
billing document requires correction.
10 · Renewals
Recurring subscriptions and failed payments
Monthly subscriptions renew each month and annual subscriptions renew each year until cancelled.
By approving a subscription, the Customer authorises the selected payment provider to collect recurring payments in the
amount and frequency displayed before approval.
A subscription will not be restarted after cancellation without a new authorisation from the
Customer.
Failed, pending or reversed payments
If a payment fails, remains pending, is reversed or is disputed, Rashtan Soft may restrict or
suspend paid features. PayPal or Lemon Squeezy may retry failed subscription payments under the applicable
subscription configuration.
If a subscription is cancelled or permanently suspended, the Customer may be required to approve a
new subscription before paid access can be restored.
11 · Ending renewal
Cancellation
Customers may cancel at any time through Lemon Squeezy’s subscription-management flow, PayPal’s
automatic-payment settings where available, Dental Lab Guru’s available billing controls or by
contacting Rashtan Soft.
Cancellation prevents future renewal payments. Unless otherwise required by law or approved under
the refund policy, cancellation does not refund a payment already completed. Paid access normally
continues until the end of the period already paid for.
Cancelling or deleting a Dental Lab Guru account does not automatically cancel a PayPal or Lemon Squeezy
subscription unless this is expressly confirmed during the cancellation process. Customers should
retain their cancellation confirmation.
12 · Payment outcomes
Refunds, reversals and disputes
Customers should contact Rashtan Soft before opening a payment dispute so that the issue can be
investigated promptly. Opening a dispute or chargeback does not necessarily cancel the recurring
subscription; the Customer remains responsible for separately cancelling future renewals.
Rashtan Soft may provide PayPal, Lemon Squeezy, banks, card networks and other relevant payment participants with
invoices, subscription records, account information, communications, login records and evidence of
use where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud or respond to a payment dispute.
A Customer may not receive both a direct refund and a payment-provider or card refund for the same
transaction.
13 · Records
Account closure and data retention
If a subscription is cancelled, expired or terminated, Rashtan Soft may restrict access to paid
features. A Customer may request account deletion by contacting Rashtan Soft.
Account deletion does not require Rashtan Soft to delete records that must or may reasonably be
retained for tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or legal-claims
purposes. These records may include:
- invoices, PDV and accounting records;
- PayPal and Lemon Squeezy transaction identifiers and subscription histories;
- refund, reversal, dispute and chargeback records and evidence;
- Customer business-verification information; and
- records required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

14 · Professional use
Content, intellectual property and clinical responsibility
Customer content and case data
Customers and Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriateness of information,
messages, images, files, patient details and other content entered into Dental Lab Guru. They must
have an appropriate legal basis and authority to use that content and must not upload unlawful,
harmful, misleading or rights-infringing material.
No medical or dental advice
Dental Lab Guru is a workflow, communication and case-management tool. It does not provide medical,
dental, clinical, diagnostic or treatment advice. Dental professionals remain solely responsible
for their professional judgment, patient communication, prescriptions, designs, materials,
treatment decisions and final work delivered to patients.
Intellectual property
The Application and its software, design, content, features and functionality are owned by Rashtan
Soft, its licensors or other lawful providers and are protected by applicable intellectual-property
laws. The Customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for
its internal business operations while authorised under these Terms.
Publicity
Rashtan Soft will not publicly identify a Customer or use its name, logo or trademarks in marketing
without permission, except where the Customer has separately agreed to such use.
15 · Legal provisions
Liability, indemnification and governing law
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rashtan Soft and its directors, employees,
partners, agents, suppliers and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special,
consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other
intangible loss, arising from access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Indemnification
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rashtan Soft and its affiliates, licensors,
service providers, officers, directors, employees and agents against third-party claims, liabilities,
losses and reasonable costs arising from the Customer’s unlawful use of the Service, content
supplied by the Customer, or material breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law and severability
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to conflict-of-law
rules. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in
effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
